We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, following up on inquiries, and handling professional email communication. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Sales and Marketing personnel with daily operations
Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and other channels
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing client communications
Schedule meetings and maintain client engagement trackers
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, or relevant documents
Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the sales team
Maintain CRM records and update client databases regularly
Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and support
Track and report follow-up status to management
