We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant / Office Boy to handle day-to-day office operations and outdoor tasks. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office, assisting with administrative work such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and supporting the admin or accounts team in routine activities. The candidate will also be responsible for handling outside and bank-related work, such as visiting banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits, document submissions, collecting or delivering documents and parcels to clients or vendors, and managing courier dispatch and collection. Additionally, the role may include purchasing office supplies, coordinating with vendors or service providers, and ensuring that all errands are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should be polite, trustworthy, and disciplined, with good communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum qualification of 10th or 12th pass is required, along with basic reading and writing ability. Prior experience in a similar role (1–3 years) and familiarity with local routes and banking procedures will be an added advantage.
