Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative work
Maintain office files, registers, and documents
Perform data entry and update basic office records
Handle emails, phone calls, and courier coordination
Maintain purchase bills, invoices, and office vouchers
Manage office stationery and maintain stock records
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist in general office coordination and support
Follow instructions given by management

Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Basic documentation and filing skills
Good communication and coordination skills
