Your Role

Accounts Payable Specialist

In this position, you will:

• Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices in

  CargoWise One

  , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations.
• Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.

What We’re Looking For

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  .

• At least 1 year of experience

  in a similar role within accounting or finance.
• A solid understanding of

  accounts payable and invoicing processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  and familiarity with

  CargoWise One

  or ERP systems.
• Strong accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Good command of

  English

  , both written and spoken.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The work schedule will primarily cover afternoon and evening hours (approximately 12 PM to 9 PM), for a total of 9 hours including a 1-hour break.
