What will be the Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national air freight strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee daily air operations, ensuring timely, compliant execution and service consistency across locations.
• Optimize end-to-end logistics functions—including transport, warehousing, and distribution—in line with the company’s QMS.
• Manage procurement and relationships with airlines and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and capacity availability.
• Supervise air freight pricing activities, from spot quotes to tenders, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and visibility.
• Monitor financial performance, drive profitability, and support data-driven decisions through ongoing analysis.
• Lead and develop national teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

• A proactive, goal-oriented professional with solid experience of at least 8-10 years in Air freight forwarding (pricing and operations);
• Strong numerical ability and familiarity with data analysis;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Previous experience of CargoWise;
• Excellent command of the English language.
