Accounts Payable Specialist

As a team member in this role, your responsibility will involve collaborating with various departments, such as purchasing and accounting, to enhance efficiency in processes and address any existing issues. Key Responsibilities: - Possess technical skills in using accounting software like Sage, Oracle NetSuite, Finaloop, Acumatica, Infor, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and adept at data entry. - Demonstrate organizational skills by handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines. - Uphold attention to detail in tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining records. - Utilize communication skills effectively for interaction with vendors and internal teams. - Apply analytical skills to analyze data, recognize trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
