As the Head of AI at Arbot, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our AI strategy, leading a team of AI researchers and engineers, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Arbot’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Drive the research, development, and deployment of innovative AI models and solutions.
- Oversee the design and optimization of AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into Arbot’s offerings.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build partnerships with academia, research institutions, and industry leaders to advance AI initiatives.
- Represent Arbot in AI-related conferences, panels, and public forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-15+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading AI-driven projects and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, including neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in AI development tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
