Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute Avahi's AI strategy in alignment with AWS advancements and market trends. - Lead the development of AI-driven solutions by collaborating with engineering, data scientists, and consulting teams. - Serve as a trusted AI advisor to customers, designing AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with AWS services. - Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and lead research initiatives to integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques into Avahi's offerings. - Oversee the evolution of Avahi's open-source SDK for Bedrock adoption and AI-driven platform solutions. - Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Required Skills And Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. - Deep technical expertise in AWS AI/ML services, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Transcribe, and Textract. - Strong background in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices. - Experience in AI solution architecture, MLOps, and scalable AI deployments. - Proven track record of delivering AI-powered business impact at scale. - Ability to engage with C-level executives and translate AI capabilities into real business value. - Passion for mentorship, team-building, and fostering an innovative AI culture. - Prior experience working at AWS or as an AWS Partner is highly preferred. - Experience leading open-source AI initiatives or contributing to AI/ML communities. - Background in AI product development and AI-driven SaaS solutions.
