Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior CGI Artist with 4 - 6 years of experience in 3D design, rendering, and animation. This is a high-impact role for someone who can elevate the visual language of brands through photorealistic CGI. You’ll be responsible for creating everything from cinematic product visuals and packaging renders to stylized brand content and animated sequences. We want someone who can conceptualize, lead, and execute complex projects end-to-end, while working collaboratively within a high-performing creative studio. Key Responsibilities Develop photorealistic 3D renders, stills, and videos for a wide range of products across lifestyle, tech, and beverage categories. Interpret briefs and moodboards to create CGI visuals that align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals. Lead the visual development of CGI projects, including asset modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing. Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Studio Head, photographers, stylists, and video team to maintain visual cohesion across all mediums. Manage complex timelines while balancing creative quality and output speed. Build a robust internal CGI library of materials, shaders, lighting rigs, and reusable assets. Stay ahead of trends and technology in 3D visualization and motion graphics to push the boundaries of what Arbot creates. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 - 6 years of professional experience as a CGI artist, 3D visualizer, or motion designer in a creative studio or agency environment. Mastery of 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3ds Max with Octane, Redshift, or V-Ray. Strong grasp of lighting, material workflows, UV mapping, and photorealistic rendering. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop; familiarity with compositing techniques. A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality CGI work—especially across product visualization, packaging, or short-form animation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent visual storytelling, art direction, and aesthetic judgment. Bonus: Experience with motion design, real-time engines (Unreal Engine/Unity), or product prototyping workflows. What You’ll Bring An obsession with detail, materials, and realism.
