CGI Artist

As a CGI Artist at Whatworks, your role will involve creating high-quality 3D visuals, animations, and motion graphics to bring creative concepts to life. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging CGI assets for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and deliver high-quality CGI, 3D models, and animations for marketing and branding campaigns. - Collaborate with video editors, designers, and content strategists to integrate CGI assets into multimedia projects. - Apply realistic texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce visually compelling outputs. - Work on VFX, compositing, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. - Stay updated with the latest CGI tools, techniques, and industry trends to improve output quality and efficiency. - Ensure all CGI content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in CGI, 3D animation, and motion graphics. - Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or equivalent. - Experience with texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing pipelines. - Knowledge of VFX tools and workflows (Houdini, Nuke, etc. is a plus). - Strong creative and artistic skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Portfolio showcasing CGI, 3D animation, and motion graphics work.
