Role Description:

Accounts payable executive is responsible for financial, administrative, and clerical support of a

company. They are in charge of making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other

creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills, and recording the company’s short-term debts along with all the compliances applicable on that.

Qualification:

Work Experience:

• Supplier screening, Vendor onboarding, Vendor change management.
• Material code creation, Quality checks
• Invoice processing and accrual.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording
• accounts payable data after 3-way matching
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted
• for and properly posted.
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for physical filing.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly
• vendor statements.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminder.
• Executing payment runs, Inter-company transfers
• Bank reconciliation
• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes
• Coordinate with relevant finance team on time-to-time basis.
• Checking and processing of employee reimbursement vouchers.
• Reconciliation of employee advances, reimbursements, and loans.
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
• Mailbox/query handling
• Payment analysis reporting, cash flow reporting
