The Opportunity
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support key activities within our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. This role involves hands-on work across invoice processing, expense validation, reconciliations, vendor maintenance, and month-end support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensure timely and accurate processing, and help maintain strong financial controls. This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

What You'll Do
- Follow and maintain global standard processes for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow, including judgment-based activities.
- Process PO and non-PO invoices in NetSuite.
- Review and validate employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions in Expensify.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) email boxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure all accounting transactions have correct coding and required approvals, and comply with financial policies and US GAAP.
- Process new vendor setups, maintain vendor master records, and support tax reporting on expenditures.
- Assist with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Conduct reconciling analysis and research discrepancies for vendor and GL accounts.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including extended-hours work when needed to meet deadlines.
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Support 1099 reporting and sales & use tax reporting.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or in Business with an Accounting emphasis (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience with financial accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, SUMIF, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High integrity and a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite).
