This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Operations Manager (Finance + Back-Office + CRM) located in New Delhi. The Accounts & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing financial accounts, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include financial analysis, account management, and effective communication with all stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth back-office operations and handling customer relationship management (CRM) tasks.

Minimum 3 years in finance, operations, or back-office management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
💰 Finance & Compliance (Sandeep-style work)
1. Manage and confirm all financial transactions, approvals, and reports.
2. Timely filing and payment of TDS, including quarterly and annual returns.
3. Manage GST compliance – payment, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
4. Oversee audit preparation, coordinate with auditors, and maintain documentation.
5. Update and track licenses, certificates, and insurance renewals.
6. Maintain creditor & debtor lists with payment timelines and follow-up records.
7. Prepare monthly Business Financial Analysis Reports (P&L, Expenses, Cash Flow).
🧾 Back-Office & CRM (Bharti-style work)
1. Maintain and update creditor records with payment cycle mapping.
2. Handle payment gateway coordination (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.) for all brands.
3. Coordinate integration tasks for Razorpay/CRM for SBK (Rice of Kedia).
4. Manage salary sheets, ensure timely payments and record-keeping.
5. Analyze abandoned checkouts and recover leads via CRM.
6. Assist in bank work: cheque deposits, bank account coordination, NEFT/RTGS entries.
7. Track and support consignment-related discounts, returns, reconciliations.
🖥 Additional Office Operations (Add-ons for the role)
1. CRM Handling (Zoko/HubSpot) – daily follow-ups, tagging, query resolution.
2. Coordinate logistics and vendor support when required.
3. Create and share weekly MIS reports on sales, returns, customer queries.
4. Maintain a basic inventory sheet with sales + stock data from logistics.
5. Assist in listing support for marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Blinkit, etc.).
6. Work with content and packaging teams for client follow-ups and delight experience.

• Tally / Zoho Books / Busy / QuickBooks
• Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• GST, TDS & basic statutory compliance knowledge
• Payment gateway & payroll processing
• CRM systems like Zoko, Interakt, HubSpot (basic training can be provided)
• Good communication & coordination skills
