Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to Founder – Female Only (Full-Time) 📍 Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh 🏢 Company: Dusala India & India King (Seth Bansidhar Kedia Rice Mill) 🕒 Work Type: Full-Time, In-Office Only 💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years About the Role: We are hiring a full-time Executive Personal Assistant (Female Only) to support our Founder, Ms. Sugandha Kedia — entrepreneur, luxury brand owner, and public figure — in managing her fast-paced personal and business life. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong follow-up, excellent coordination skills, and basic accounting knowledge. The candidate will be involved in business tracking for Dusala India (luxury fashion) and gradually supporting India King (rice mill operations). Daily reports, scheduling, financial updates, and cross-team communication will be core tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with team leads on payments, GST, TDS, audits, packaging, couriers, e-commerce, and accounts • Maintain and review financial dashboards and stock sheets (prepared by internal teams) • Support in rice business operations: DO cutting, Dhan follow-ups, and packaging coordination • Track schedules and daily tasks for Sugandha’s personal and family calendar • Liaise with the social media team for campaign updates and timelines • Manage OTP access for various accounts (non-banking) • Compile daily and monthly business summaries Requirements: • Female candidates only • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin Manager • Excellent command over Microsoft Excel and Word • Basic understanding of accounting and financial tracking • Fluent in Hindi and English • Organized, dependable, and emotionally composed • Familiar with AI tools or willing to adopt them for efficiency How to Apply: Send your CV and a short note to teamsugandhakedia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9826979797 Show more Show less
