Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage accounting operations for our diverse portfolio of clients. As an outsourcing firm, we provide comprehensive financial and accounting solutions to both Indian and international clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, supporting M&A processes, and driving efficiency across client accounts. This position requires strong analytical ability, leadership, and expertise in managing outsourced accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review key financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
  • Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain accuracy, transparency, and adherence to accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize accounting efficiency.
  • Assist in M&A processes such as financial due diligence, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the accounting team to ensure top-quality client service.
  • Partner with senior management to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management or outsourced finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and M&A procedures.
  • Proficiency in Tally; exposure to other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
