Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company’s strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with current regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and cost control initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity in accounting systems.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally is compulsory.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Exposure to audit processes and financial controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
