Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the daily accounting operations including accounts
  • payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance of all statutory obligations such as GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, etc.
  • Handle audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and liaise with auditors for smooth completion.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and coordinate with banks fo financial transactions, LC, BG, and other related activities.
  • Review and approve vouchers, journal entries, and payroll-related transactions.
  • Develop, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.
  • Maintain coordination with different departments to ensure proper financial documentation and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team for accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
