: Manage accounting sub-function at local level

Plant Supply Chain Team, Procurement, Production, Maintenance, Enabling functions

Banks, External Auditors, Insurance Company, Statutory Authorities

Key Accountabilities:
Finance & Accounts
- Ensuring the Proper Accounting in adherence with the Accounting Standard and Policies.
- Compliances of direct & indirect taxes
- Monitoring Capital Work in Progress – its capitalization to Fixed asset
- Ageing review of Accounts receivables & payables
- Payment processing for vendors
- Validation of Invoices of Capex and Other items and Ledger Scrutiny
- Preparation of reconciliation of stock books vs production stock report
- Handling audit requirements – Statutory and Internal Audit
- Inter departmental Communication
- Day to Day coordination with HO and Supply Chain Functions in Unit for arrangement and disbursement of fund.
- Disbursement of Various Expenses Payment from Unit confirming the all compliance and due diligence.
Decision Support System
- Preparation of Various MIS like Stock and Debtors Statement, Daily Bank Report, Maize Outstanding Report.
- Preparation of MIS for tracking Budget v/s Actual
- Monthly Capex Spent Report, Bank Report for Fund Utilization and Investment Detail.
- Fund Utilization Report for POB/PIB Project.
- Verification of New Vendor Code in ERP before Releasing for Transaction.
Subject Matter Expert
- Preparation of Financial statement
- Analysis of financials
- Responsible for Statutory Audit and Internal Audit for related areas.
- Continuous support to other Team Members in their day to day work.
- Preparation of other various reports and information as per the Business Requirement.
