Accounting & Operations Executive

✅ What You’ll Do

💰 Financial Operations

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing cycles, and GL tagging with system integration.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain weekly cash flow reports.
• Maintain and organise vendor records with precision.
• Collect data from operations and product teams to optimise invoicing accuracy and speed.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial initiatives.

🤝 Investor Relations & Outreach

• Execute targeted investor outreach campaigns and manage CRM records.
• Draft communications, coordinate meetings, and support investor presentations and events.
• Research investors, market trends, and fundraising opportunities, preparing briefings for leadership.

📂 Administrative & Strategic Support

• Support follow-ups, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist cross-functional teams with financial data and reporting needs.

✅ What You Bring to the Vault

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
• Prior experience in operations, product, or business teams is a plus.
