About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant & Business Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations across Zenia’s hospitality and design-led businesses. The ideal candidate will be organised, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
Handle accounts receivable & payable.
Maintain cash book, bank book, ledgers, vouchers & reconciliations.
Record online payments, UPI, bank transfers, POS settlements, and verify them with bookings.
Hospitality Business Accounting
Record Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and direct booking revenues.
Manage guest invoices, GST on stays, room service billing & settlement tracking.
Coordinate with property managers/caretakers for expense entries and approvals.
GST, TDS & Compliance
Prepare GST inputs & output summaries.
Assist in monthly GST filing.
Maintain records for TDS deductions & vendor payments.
Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance.
Payroll & Vendor Management
Prepare monthly salary sheets and attendance-based payouts.
Track vendor invoices, AMC contracts, maintenance expenses.
Verify and process vendor payments with proper documentation.
Banking & Reconciliation
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile payout statements from OTA platforms (Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com).
Track security deposits, refunds, and advances.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare P&L reports for each unit/property.
Maintain expense sheets, cash flow statements, and budgeting support.
Provide weekly & monthly financial reports to the management.
Administrative & Support Tasks
Maintain organised digital and physical records.
Assist management with operational finance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal team members.

Skills & Requirements
For Freshers:
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn hospitality accounting and revenue tracking.
Good communication and eagerness to work in a fast-moving environment.
For Experienced Candidates:
Strong knowledge of Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks.
Experience in accounts reconciliation, GST, TDS, and vendor management.
Experience in hospitality/real-estate business accounting is a plus.

Salary Range
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on skills & learning ability)
Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000+ (based on expertise)
