Job Title: General Manager – Hospitality (Serviced Apartments & Events) Company: Zenia: Suites, Stays & Stories Location: Powai / Vikhroli, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Salary: For Freshers - ₹10,000 - ₹25,000, Less that 1 year - ₹10,000 - ₹45,000 More than 1 year - ₹40,000 - ₹90,000 (Negotiate as per experience) --- About Us: Zenia is a new-age hospitality company known for beautifully designed serviced apartments, event-friendly stays, and themed experiences. We're expanding fast and looking for a hands-on, passionate leader to manage day-to-day operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple serviced apartments and event spaces Manage check-ins, staff coordination, guest satisfaction, and housekeeping standards Handle OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, etc.) Communicate with guests and resolve escalations proactively Maintain property readiness, cleanliness, and aesthetic upkeep Coordinate with the kitchen, maintenance, and other verticals Assist in monthly reporting and revenue tracking --- Requirements: 3+ years in hospitality or hotel operations (Manager/Supervisor level preferred) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and Hindi Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, basic booking platforms) Willing to travel between Powai, Vikhroli, and nearby properties Flexible with shifts when required --- Bonus if you have: Experience with Airbnb-style setups Background in event handling or guest-facing roles Passion for creating memorable stays and hospitality stories --- To Apply: Send your CV via WhatsApp to 9619651872 or apply directly on Apna.
