Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations for the division.
• Maintain accurate accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations, GST & TDS filings, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Handle invoices, expenses, claims, vendor payments, and updates.
• Monitor cash flow, track budgets, and prepare periodic financial reports.
• Ensure timely error rectification, audit support, and compliance documentation.
• Support management in decision-making with financial data insights and variance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory) with strong ERP and accounting software knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Strong grasp of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounts, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation).

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with variance analysis, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
• Familiarity with financial reporting structures and budgetary controls.
• Ability to manage deadlines under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Exposure to accounts finalization and audit preparation.
