Industry – ConstrucƟon/Epoxy FlooringSalary – As per last drawn salaryLocaƟon – Manesar, Gurgaon, work from OFFICECore financial and accounƟng responsibiliƟes Financial reporƟng: Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports and statements, such as incomestatements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. BudgeƟng and forecasƟng: Manage company-wide and project-specific budgeƟng. Forecast revenues andexpenditures to aid in long-term financial planning. Accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR): Oversee all AP/AR acƟviƟes, including invoice processing, paymentcollecƟon, and managing vendor and subcontractor accounts. Financial audits and compliance: Coordinate all audit acƟviƟes, both internal and external, and ensure allfinancial pracƟces comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted AccounƟng Principles) and other regulatoryrequirements. Job cosƟng and analysis: Track and analyze project-related expenses for labor, materials, equipment, andoverhead. IdenƟfy cost discrepancies and potenƟal overruns to keep projects on budget. Progress billing: For construcƟon, manage the complex billing process, including preparing and overseeingapplicaƟons for payment. WIP and retainage: Handle Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporƟng to track the percentage of project compleƟon forrevenue recogniƟon. Manage retainage, which is the money held back from subcontractors unƟl a project iscompleted. Subcontractor management: Oversee the financial aspects of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers,including negoƟaƟng terms and ensuring compliance. Asset and inventory management: For flooring, manage inventory and track fixed assets like machinery andvehicles. Market trend analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends for material and labour costs to inform projectbudgets and forecasts. Risk management: ProacƟvely idenƟfy and miƟgate financial risks, such as potenƟal budget overruns ordelays.Management and strategic responsibiliƟes Team leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounƟng department staff, ensuring efficient and accurateworkflow. Stakeholder collaboraƟon: Work closely with project managers, senior leadership, and other departments toprovide clear financial insights that inform business decisions. Process improvement: Implement and refine financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance theefficiency and integrity of financial operaƟons
