Job Title: Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) Location: Varanasi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) to join our mental health team at our psychiatric facility in Varanasi . The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in providing psychosocial support, case management, and counseling services to individuals dealing with mental health issues. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and their families. Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support emotional well-being. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and available resources. Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, speech therapists, and other staff for integrated care. Facilitate referrals to community agencies, rehabilitation centers, or other support services. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress and interventions. Participate in case reviews, therapy sessions, and awareness programs. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical or hospital-based experience. Strong communication, listening, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work empathetically and ethically with patients and families. Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
