Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join Global Migration & Education Solutions. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update all financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare GST invoices (original and duplicate) and ensure timely filing of GST returns. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets. Monitor company expenses and reconcile bank statements. Manage vendor payments, and staff reimbursements. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies. Assist in payroll preparation and employee expense tracking. Handle documentation, coordination, and financial records related to mortgage loans, including EMI tracking, bank communication, and maintaining loan files. Support management with financial analysis for decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting (service industry preferred). Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and general accounting software. Good understanding of GST billing, input credit, and return filing. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Additional Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Familiarity with day-to-day office financial operations.
