Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Global Migration & Education Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and assisting clients with information about our study abroad, immigration, and related services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote our educational and migration services. Handle inbound queries from interested candidates and provide detailed program and visa-related information. Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and feedback in the CRM system. Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure smooth communication. Assist in scheduling appointments and consultations with counselors or advisors. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to overall team performance. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone in all communications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely support.
