The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update client data in our database accurately and promptly. Fill out online visa application forms for various foreign countries. Manage and organise client documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted. Maintain up-to-date records of all visa applications and client interactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely processing of applications. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Monitor the status of submitted visa applications and follow up as necessary. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with visa application processes and documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
