Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Meet productivity targets by handling a minimum number of calls per hour/day.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
