Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join Global Migration & Education Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our company websites, landing pages, and online platforms to ensure a smooth digital experience for clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages. Update website content, banners, service pages, blog posts, and visuals as required. Ensure website functionality, performance, and mobile responsiveness. Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience across devices. Fix website bugs, broken links, layout issues, and loading-speed problems. Manage website forms, lead capture integrations, and CRM/API connections. Work with SEO team (if any) to improve site structure, page speed, and search visibility. Maintain backups and ensure website security best practices. Collaborate with management to implement new features, pages, or service updates. Monitor analytics to track website performance and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio links preferred). Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of frameworks like React, Bootstrap, jQuery (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress / Webflow / Wix. Basic understanding of on-page SEO, website optimization, and analytics. Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and control panels (cPanel/Cloudflare). Ability to troubleshoot and fix technical issues independently. Additional Requirements: Strong attention to detail and design sense. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required.
