Role Overview

As an Accountant / Finance Controller, you’ll manage core accounting functions while playing a strategic role in financial oversight and MIS reporting. You'll work closely with leadership to support planning, compliance, analysis, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Handle AP/AR, payroll, GL, bank reconciliations, and statutory filings (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, IT).

Lead month-end/year-end closures and support audits.

Controllership Functions

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

.Prepare financial statements, P\&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

.Monitor internal controls and assist with treasury operations

MIS Reporting & Analytics

Develop insightful MIS reports and dashboard

s.Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and KPIs to support decision-makin

g.Contribute to business scenario planning and optimization strategies.

3+ years of experience in accounting, finance control, and MIS reporti

ng. Proficient in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar softwa

re.Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard

s).Solid knowledge of taxation, financial compliance, and accounting principl

es. Degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferr
