We have opening for Accounts Experience: 5+ Years Mandatory Skills: Accounting Software | Finance | Auditing | Bookkeeping | Financial Management |Financial Accounting | Financial Reporting | Tally | Account Management | MS Office| statutory compliances on monthly basis | direct and indirect taxes Job Summary This Position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, developing and enforcing accounting principles, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.     Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department. Work on statutory compliances on monthly basis. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements. Establish, maintain, and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits in compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports. Provide recommendations to management for financial and operational improvements. Improve systems, procedures, and initiate corrective actions as needed. Assign tasks and projects to accounting staff, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Meet financial accounting objectives and timelines consistently. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Requirements Proven work experience as an Accounting Executive , Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Executive. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software. Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data accurately. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy under pressure. Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.
