Aristo Metal Industries is looking for a creative and digitally skilled professional to handle our LinkedIn marketing, branding, and website SEO. You’ll be responsible for managing our online presence — from designing posts and making videos to improving our Google ranking and visibility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity (design, content, video) and strategy (SEO, analytics, digital growth). Key Responsibilities Handle LinkedIn page management — regular posts, videos, engagement, and brand presence Create graphics, videos, and reels highlighting our factory, products, and office culture Design festival greetings, achievement posts, and event updates for all platforms Manage and improve the company’s website visibility through SEO Keyword research, on-page SEO, meta tags, backlinks, and content optimization Coordinate with developers or agencies for technical SEO improvements Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms Plan and execute basic paid promotions on LinkedIn or Google (optional) Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Design, or similar field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / CapCut Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (Google Search Console, keyword tools, etc.) Understanding of LinkedIn and other social media algorithms Excellent English communication and creative writing skills Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
Role & responsibilities Identify and connect with new potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn (especially B2B clients like engineering, paper, and process industries). Maintain strong follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat business. Prepare and send quotations, follow up on offers, and convert leads to orders. Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and order status in Excel or CRM. Coordinate with the factory and accounts teams for dispatches, documents, and payments. Attend exhibitions or industry events to generate new leads. Understand technical details of stainless steel pipes & fittings (basic training will be provided). Achieve monthly sales targets and marketing goals. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BE / Diploma in Mechanical preferred). Good communication skills in English & Hindi (written and spoken). Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Business). Prior experience in industrial marketing or inside sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
