Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and connect with new potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn (especially B2B clients like engineering, paper, and process industries).
Maintain strong follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on offers, and convert leads to orders.
Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and order status in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with the factory and accounts teams for dispatches, documents, and payments.
Attend exhibitions or industry events to generate new leads.
Understand technical details of stainless steel pipes & fittings (basic training will be provided).
Achieve monthly sales targets and marketing goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BE / Diploma in Mechanical preferred).
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (written and spoken).
Confident, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Prior experience in industrial marketing or inside sales is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
