Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage both administrative and financial tasks within our organization. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with departments, handling financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting procurement and logistics activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update customer quotations in coordination with departments. Follow up on enquiries and revise quotes as needed. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Create and reconcile sales/purchase invoices and maintain financial records. Prepare financial reports and handle day-to-day transactions. Manage purchase orders, receipts, and related documentation. Maintain stock records and ensure accurate inventory tracking. Handle courier dispatches, delivery challans, and related documents. Requirements: Good communication and coordination skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
