Job Description:
Requirements:
§ Strong strategic thinking with excellent Communication, analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills.
§ Should be a sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions with Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hardware Sales.
§ Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business.
§ Should have experience in software contract negotiations and a good track record of selling solutions.
§ Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitor's products and future business plans.
§ Should be well networked and should have dealt/interacted successfully with leading Government and Corporate organizations and built good relationships with them.
§ Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
§ Should be highly motivated and target oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities
§ Dealing with clients interested for our company ERP,CRM software or IT Hardware (KIOSK).
§ Daily responsibilities include preparing MIS of customer inquiry, consistently prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business
§ Developing prospect lists and executing pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business, cold calling, proactively seek new avenues to attract prospective clients and marketing top candidates to clients.
§ Experience in developing and executing business development strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services.
§ Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and effects of competition may be minimized.
§ Demonstrate high level of integrity, knowledge of the organization to the world.
§ Execute the organization's global brand building, advertising and promotional activities.
§ Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts.
§ Identify potential market segments/verticals
§ Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share.
§ Ensure comprehensive and accurate cost estimation of projects is carried out before proposals are submitted to the clients.
§ Ensure bid price is determined on the basis of project cost estimation, external environment/competition analysis and as per the contribution norms.
§ Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
§ Ensure timely collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer.
§ Ensure target achievement of team members from different product & geographic domains.
§ Identify prospective alliance partners and enter into strategic alliances.
§ Initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to quality standards to ensure the quality of all deliverable.
