Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue sales invoices and purchase bills accurately and on time. Record and maintain ledger entries for customers, suppliers, and general accounts. Prepare and process vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, and contra). Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, vouchers, and supporting records. Perform reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer statements. Handle GST returns preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure tax compliance. Support in TDS calculation and filing, and assist during audits. Update and maintain accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related queries. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or equivalent. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Preferred Skills: Experience in manufacturing or trading sector accounting. Knowledge of E-invoicing and E-way bills. Familiarity with banking operations and online payments.
