Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Position: Accountant Executive – Treasury Department: Finance & Treasury Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Accountant Executive – Treasury is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow monitoring, bank coordination, and statutory compliance. The role also includes handling GST, TDS, and taxation-related activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily treasury operations including cash flow, fund planning, and bank transactions Monitor bank balances, payments, receipts, and fund transfers Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements Coordinate with banks for statements, limits, and transaction-related matters Handle GST compliance including return preparation, filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation Manage TDS compliance such as deduction, challan payment, return filing, and Form 16/16A issuance Support direct and indirect taxation activities and ensure timely statutory payments Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Support internal and statutory audits by providing required data Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations Required Skills & Knowledge knowledge of treasury functions and cash management Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation laws Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) Good understanding of banking operations and reconciliations Strong analytical and documentation skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent 1–2 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance roles Experience in GST, TDS, and taxation compliance preferred
