5+ years of experience working with US customers in IT
Proven expertise in MSP account management within the staffing industry.
Strong technical understanding of IT and engineering roles.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures.
Experience working offshore in US time zones; ability to manage high-volume accounts effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Screen prospective candidates.
Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates to all assigned job orders.
Work all assigned job orders until covered.
Attend daily/weekly team huddles
Establish relationships with consultants in the region.
Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Pre-close candidates on job offers.
Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
Meet or exceed weekly expectations.
