Account Manager - US IT Staffing

As an Account Manager for US IT Staffing at our company located in Sector 58, Noida, your role will involve onsite account management in the US time zone (EST). Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your 6+ years of proven account management, staffing sales, and bench sales experience in the US IT consulting industry. - Demonstrate expertise in US Tax terms such as W2, Corp2Corp & 1099. - Showcase a strong understanding of US staffing business, sales, and business development processes. - Identify new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for staffing solutions. - Exhibit self-motivation, strong work ethics, teamwork, and result-driven approach. - Engage in cold calling, rate negotiation, convincing, and closing deals. - Possess comprehensive knowledge of various IT technologies. - Independently work as an individual contributor. - Manage Tier 1 and direct client accounts. - Conduct cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSP's, VMS, etc. firms. - Focus on direct client acquisitions. - Take ownership of work responsibilities. **Qualification Required:** - Graduates (BSc, B.Com, BCA, etc.) or postgraduates (MSc, MBA, M.Com, MCA, etc.). - Strong experience in Bench Sales, placing W2/H1 Candidates on Corp-to-Corp basis. - Experience in marketing OPT & H1B Candidates.
