Job Description

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Onsite)

Employment type: Permanent

Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday is fixed off)

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a AM in end-to-end US recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and development.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to ensure high morale and productivity.

  • Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US market.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities.

  • Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions and deliver high-quality candidates.

Proactively address client feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Implement strategies to improve team efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.

  • Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to US recruitment.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Overall 5 years of recruitment with 1 year management experience.

Experience in US staffing or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 123789 123987
