Account Manager

As an experienced Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading relationships with our key enterprise clients. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in account management or client success within a technology or consulting environment. - Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and digital transformation. - A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders. - Experience using CRM tools and making decisions backed by data. - A consultative, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
