Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Tada. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficiency in account management software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
