Job Description

We are on the look out for a Account Manager / Client Services Manager to work with a leading Digital Advertising Agency in Mumbai!


Job Overview:

The Client Servicing Manager acts as the key link between clients and the internal creative, strategy, and digital teams. You’ll manage client relationships, understand their marketing goals, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of digital campaigns and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and performance marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights and optimization plans.
  • Ensure smooth project execution — from ideation to delivery.
  • Handle multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a

    digital advertising or creative agency

    .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms — including social media, Google Ads, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
