About the Company:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with a solid background in managing client accounts, as well as leadership and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, working to meet client needs, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Develop, execute, and manage account strategies to ensure client retention and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior account managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, delivering regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive business development.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and enhance relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
