Job Title:

Accounts Admin – Tally ERP9 & GST Filing (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We are a reputed company operating in the Oil & Gas industry, committed to delivering excellence and maintaining high operational standards. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Admin to manage our financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting in Tally ERP 9 – including entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and reports.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly financial closing.
Manage billing, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Support day-to-day admin and documentation related to accounts.

Requirements:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end accounts.
Industry Preference: Candidates with Oil & Gas / Industrial / Engineering experience preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, and GST filing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
