Job Responsibility: Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances and bank statements, Preparing financial statements & maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules Supervising accounting staff ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks. Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile all accounts payable and receivable.
