MUST HAVE 6-7 YRS EXPERIENCE IN HR (Male Candidate Only) ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL CANDIDATE Travelling will be there Job Description:- Training and Development Conducting orientation, training and development programs for new hires. Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff. Coordinating with Store Manager and other HR professionals. Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Monitor HR department’s budget Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues Manage employees’ grievances Create and run referral bonus programs Review current HR technology and recommend more effective technology: Oversee daily operations of the HR department Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
