HR Generalist/Manager

As an HR Generalist/Manager at our company located in Pimpri Chinchwad (Travelling), your role will involve various responsibilities in the HR domain. You must have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in HR Core Generalist Profile to be considered for this position. Candidates with a background in Retail will be preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - End to End Recruitment - Reviewing current HR technology and recommending more effective technology - Conducting Orientation, Training, and Development programs - Employee Engagement and Learning & Development - Strategic Planning and Implementation - Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis - Program Design and Delivery - Budget Management and Resource Allocation - Learning Management System (LMS) Administration - Performance Management and Coaching - Organizing Employee Engagement Activities - Handling all other HR Activities - Data Analysis and Reporting - Staying Up-to-Date with industry trends Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field - Proven experience in Learning & Development, employee engagement, and/or HR - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and data analysis - Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams Please note that this position is only available for local male candidates.
