HR Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment for retail apparel, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Your main focus will be on sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, conducting background checks, and utilizing various job interview formats to recruit faster and more effectively. Your contribution will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand for the company to attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees. Key Responsibilities: - Design and update job descriptions - Source potential candidates from various online channels and social media - Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person - Assist in arranging further interviews of initially selected candidates with the hire authorities - Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Send job offer emails and address queries about compensation and benefits - Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire - Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs - Assist in getting the person onboard and maintaining all data of them - Support the HR Manager in various tasks Qualification Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Experience with sourcing techniques - Understanding of referral programs - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgment Note: The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person.
