Civil Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Civil Supervisor to join our team for ongoing and upcoming Oil & Gas infrastructure projects for our company Ignite Projects Pvt Ltd. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site civil activities, including gas pipeline fitting, structural works, and related civil operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil site activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure execution of works such as pipeline fitting, excavation, and foundation works in line with design and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and quality/safety teams to achieve timely project completion.
• Review drawings, materials, and work progress reports to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and inspection records.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining communication with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven knowledge of gas pipeline installation, fitting procedures, and related civil infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and site management practices.
